What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product. Please contact us with the item you are interested in for detailed MOQ information.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Paid samples are available, and the shipping/freight cost is paid by the buyer.
How soon can you send samples?
If the requested samples are in stock, they can normally be dispatched within 48 hours.
What is your production lead time?
Normal production lead time is approximately 15 days, depending on product, quantity and customization requirements.
Do you provide custom logo and packaging?
Yes. We support custom logos, colors and packaging.
Can you make custom candle shapes?
Yes. Custom shapes are available subject to MOQ requirements.
What packaging options do you provide?
Color boxes, blister packs, paper cards and customer-supplied/private-label packaging are available.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit after order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment.
What trade terms do you offer?
EXW, FOB and CIF are available.
